We have bought and sold many properties over the years and can honestly say we have never received the level of service Edge Real Estate gave us, they were simply amazing. Steve and his team made selling our home at Doyle Terrace Chapman the easiest experience it could possibly have been, dare we say it was almost fun!

Steve was always cheerful, friendly, professional and most importantly honest with us. He did what could only be described as a miraculous job in selling our house.  Steve managed to get from date of listing to exchange of contracts in just 8 days, and also achieved a fantastic price for the property. We engaged Steven Thomas, prior to him founding Edge Real Estate, to sell our home in June 2008. We had received appraisals from two other real estate agencies within the 12 months leading up to our final decision to put our house on the market. All three appraisals came in within a $10,000 range so we were happy we knew where our house sat in the market. Most of the terms, conditions and fees were comparable so our decision ultimately came down to who we felt most comfortable with. In that regard our decision was easy as Steve was the most personable of the agents we met, showed a real interest in our situation and demonstrated that he operated with integrity. 

We also put ourselves on the other end of the situation and decided that we would have the greatest confidence in Steve’s honesty if we were looking to purchase the house.

We, like everybody else, were anxious to secure the best possible price for our house while at the same time we were looking for a quick sale. Steven responded to our requirements and provided advice on the manner in which we should proceed. In the end we sold our house during the first exhibition (3 days after it was listed on allhomes).

While we weren’t there during the exhibition we are confident that our amazing outcome resulted from Steve’s interpersonal skills and honest engagement with the interested buyers.
